At Tabi Footwear, we want you to feel confident in every step; if your split-toe shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn footwear back in its original Tabi branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
